About
Fi Munday is a photographer from the United Kingdom whose practice vocalises the multiplicity of the ego through the lens of fashion. Drawing from their own complex relationship with being seen, Fi collaborates with their subjects, prioritising resonance and blurring the lines between documentary and commercial approaches. Our sociopolitical climate and intra personal relationships are investigated, re contextualising the body via the subversive language of styling and self expression.
“Emilia” (2019)

(Makeup by myself, outfit by Emilia with pieces from our collaborative wardrobes)
“New Year, New Me” 2020
Covid-19 brought a lockdown that robbed many British young people of our most important developmental stages. Suddenly stripped of our brittle sense of self we rebelled against this monotony, escapism in eachothers’s company.
